1/100 MG GNX-603T GN-X

Finally I've finish this kit. As always, I did minimal painting with this kit.

Front view.

Right side view.

Back side view.

Fully armed.

With beam saber on left hand.

Beam rifle with long barrel.

With cockpit opened. I choose Soma Peries as the pilot since there isn't much love for female pilot in Gundam lately. Note that this is not my 1st time painting a 1/100 scale figure.

Size comparison; next to 1/100 MG GN-001 Gundam Exia. GN-X is slightly taller than Exia.

Final verdict:
Being the first MG outside of Universal Century-line that isn't a Gundam, it's a pretty good kit itself. This kit also opens a possibility for a release of other MG GN-X variations in the future. This kit however has a lot of problems, but still it's not that of a big deal.

You'll love
  • Solid design
  • Decent articulations
  • Cheaper than a normal MG Exia
You'll hate:
  • Floppy legs
  • small feet aren't strong enough to support this kit's weight.
  • The binders. The top are on a secured connection but floppy while the bottom one pops of way too easily.

My score for this kit: 4.5 out of 5.0.

A little something extra ^ ^;
