1/100 MG RX 78-2 Gundam ver. 2.0

Wow! That was quick. Well actually I had this kit 2 days ago, so I have plenty of time to finish this kit (with minimal painting).

Size comparison: next to 1/100 MG RX-78-2 Gundam ver. One Year War (pheww!).

Conclusion:
This kit is a must have for any Gundam fans. If you're planning to get a 1st MG kit for yourself, this is a great kit to start.

You'll love:
  • Amazing articulations.
  • Accurate design to the original anime.
  • Great mechanical details and designs on inner-frame.

You'll hate:
  • Plain design. Lacking external detail.
  • Numerous parts to deal with.
  • Some part tends to fall apart. E.g: Core Fighter's wing, shoulder armor. Shield won't be able to connect to the back of the Gundam properly.

For this amazing kit I believe it deserves a full mark. 5.0 out of 5.0.

New Project

It's been a while since I've bought a gunpla, so I've got myself this kit.

Originally I was planning to get MG Zeta 2.0, but when I saw this kit I bought it without a second thought. This is actually the first kit that I wanted to be my 1st Mg kit, but when I tried to buy it before, it was sold out.
As you notice on the box, this kit is part of a MG 30th Anniversary Campaign, which means this kit has an extra runner that are in clear. I won't be bothered with the clear parts so I'm not gonna use it.

Runner A, B and C.

Runner D and E.

Runner F and G.

Runner H and I.

Runner J and K.

Runners for Gundam Hammer, poly-caps, beam part with stickers, decals, seals, chain and chain connector.
